James "Hubby" Brown

RANDOLPH SCOTTMr. Brown, 69, of Philadelphia, died Wednesday, June 4, 2014 at his residence. He was a native of the Conway community in Leake County and had been a resident of Neshoba County for the past 30 years.  He was a retired painter and formerly worked with the street department for the City of Philadelphia. Mr. Brown was Baptist by faith. Survivors include his wife, Sheila Brown of Philadelphia; daughter, Susie Wilcher (Kip) Carthage; son, Clay Brown (Stephanie) of Philadelphia; grandchildren, Cullen, Emme, Cale, Caleb, and Seth; brothers, Johnny Brown (Jean) of Philadelphia and Gerald Brown (Debbie) of Kosciusko; and several nieces, nephews and their families. Mr. Brown was preceded in death by his parents, Jimmie and Zetha Brown; and an infant sister, Carol Joyce Brown.
