SHAYNE MARTININTERMENT:  BETHSAIDA CEMETERY  Mrs. Conn, 95, of Philadelphia, died Tuesday, May 27, 2014. She was born in the Madden community of Leake County and made her home in Neshoba County most of her life.  She retired from Wells-Lamont Corp. in Philadelphia after many years.  Mrs. Conn was a member of Bethsaida Baptist Church. Survivors include her daughters, Glenda Winstead (Jeff) of Philadelphia and Judy Brummett (Ben) of Philadelphia; son, Jackie Conn (Angie) of Philadelphia; grandchildren, Terry Winstead (Sally), Tammy Shepherd (Jeff), Kent Winstead (Missy), Christy Conn and Abby Conn, all of Philadelphia, and Clay Conn (Brittnee) of Clinton; great-grandchildren, Todd Shepherd (Emily), Anna Saxon (Brian), Aireyal Barrett, Shanna Donald (Derick), Taylor Winstead, Tanner Winstead and Emma Kate Winstead; great-great-grandchild; Zoe Shepherd; and a host nieces, nephews and their families. Mrs. Conn was preceded in death by her husband, H.C. “Buddy” Conn; six sisters and one brother.Pallbearers were Bunkie Smith, Kinsey Smith, Kenny Pierce, Glen Pierce, Danny Skinner and Edwin Hardy.  Memorials may be made to Bethsaida Baptist Church Building Fund.
