She was a native and lifelong resident of Neshoba County. She had a great love for Jesus, church, family, friends, flowers, jewelry and painted fingernails. Ms. Corrie was a member of Linwood Baptist Church. Survivors include her daughters, Patricia Ann Germany-Williams of Newton, Polly Faye Spivey (Ronny) of Glen Allan and Sue Cockerham (James) of Union; sons, Joe Douglas Belk (Karen) of Gulfport, William Durwood Belk of Lauderdale and Robert Wayne Belk of Meridian; 17 grandchildren, Melissa Belk, Billy Belk, Brian Belk (Lynn), Desiree Palmer, Robert Belk, Jason Belk (Jenna), David Belk (Stephanie), Jennifer Cannon (Josh), Kim Russell (Justin), Kay Wilson (Bill), Johnny Germany, Ron Spivey, Casey Spivey (Brandy), Tanya Harrison (Chris), Erica Bruton (Barrett), Angelia McDill, and Brent Cockerham (Chasity); 39 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Audine Clark and Johnnie Kate Shepherd both of Philadelphia; and a host of nieces and nephews. Ms. Corrie was preceded in death by her husbands, J.D. Belk and Odie Spears; brothers, Doris “Bud” McNair, Jack McNair and Hugh McNair; one granddaughter; two grandsons; one great-granddaughter; one great-grandson; and one great-great-granddaughter. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers and great-grandsons will serve as honorary pallbearers.
