EBB FOXMrs. Holcombe, 57, of Collinsville, MS, died Sunday, April 27, 2014 at Poplar Springs Nursing Center in Meridian. She was a native and longtime resident of the Collinsville area of Lauderdale County.  She had formerly worked as a server in restaurants in Meridian including The Landing, The Rustler and HOJO’s.  She had also formerly worked at Peavey Electronics in Meridian.  Mrs. Holcombe was Baptist by faith. She is survived by her daughter, Cherisha Cummins (Chuck) of Meridian; two grandchildren, Cameron Smith and Sophia Smith, both of Meridian; two sisters, Toni Gray of Philadelphia and Amelia Culberson of Newton; one brother, Eddie Watkins of Collinsville; one niece, three nephews and their families. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ed and Nell Watkins.
