DEAN SPEEDREV. TOMMY CONNMrs. Withers, 75, of Philadelphia, died Monday, April 21, 2014 at Anderson Regional Medical Center in Meridian. She was a native of Richmond, Indiana and had lived in Neshoba County for the past 40 years.  She worked in the nursing profession for hospitals and nursing homes. Mrs. Withers was a member of Philadelphia Church of God. Survivors include her husband, Bernice Withers of Philadelphia; daughter, Angela Blackwell (John S.) of Rocky Face, GA; son, Michael Withers (Emily) of College Station, TX; grandchildren, Elizabeth Withers of Philadelphia, Cory Blackwell, Joel Blackwell and Jeremy Blackwell, all of Rocky Face, GA; brother, Edward J. Bowman of Indianapolis, IN; half-sisters, Theresa Bowman of New York and Peggy Bowman of Woodstock, IL; half-brother, David Bowman of Springfield, IL; and a host of nieces and nephews. Mrs. Withers was preceded in death by half-brothers, Tom Bowman and Jeff Bowman.
