TOBY STOVALLREV. ALLEN HERRINGTON  Mr. Covington, 64, of Philadelphia, died Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at his home. He was a longtime resident of Neshoba County.  He was a diesel mechanic and feed truck driver for Tyson.  Mr. Covington served in the U. S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam War.  He was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church.  Survivors include his wife, Kathy Covington of Philadelphia; daughters, Jennifer Doss and her husband, Clint of Philadelphia and Michelle Covington and her fiancé, Mike Dunn of Philadelphia; and six grandchildren. Mr. Covington was preceded in death by his son, Richard Covington; mother, Charlene Webb; and father and mother-in-law, B.D. “Berdie” and Lucille Sullivan.Pallbearers were Kirt Doss, Ricky Smith, Brian Hardy, Jimmy R. Kilgore, Chad Benson, Jamey Freeny, Clavin Bailey, Mark Myers, Mickey Conn, Ethan Doss and Kadden Goforth.
