DAVID RICHARDSONMrs. Chesteen, 83, of Philadelphia, MS., died Sunday, February 2, 2014 at Neshoba County Nursing Home in Philadelphia.She was born and reared in Jackson where she graduated from Central High School and Draughon’s Business College.  She raised three children while in Jackson before moving to Philadelphia in 1975.Survivors include her daughter, Cynthia Anthony (Shelby Ray) of Philadelphia; son, Clyde Randolph Chesteen (Molly) of Terry; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; sisters, Myra Jean Jordan of Brandon, Rose Anne Lyons of Florence, Colleen Crocker and Martha Elaine Munn, both of Philadelphia; brothers, Richard Braxton of Texas and Michael Braxton of Bolton and a host of nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Minnie Elizabeth Cook and brother, Oliver Braxton.Pallbearers were Shelby Anthony, Levi Brown, Bryce Lewis, Ray Crocker, Harold Eakes and Dobie Eakes.  Honorary pallbearer was David Anthony.
