EUGENE DOBBSMr. Brown, 56, of Philadelphia, died Thursday, December 19, 2013, at Winston Medical Center in Louisville.He was born and reared in New York City, New York, and at age 17 moved to Philadelphia where he made his home.  He had worked at Wells Lamont as a computer technician for the past 28 years.  Mr. Brown was a member of the Neshoba County Amateur Radio Club.Survivors include his wife of 37 years, Sylvia Brown of Philadelphia; daughter, Alexis Dempsey and her husband, Daniel of Philadelphia; son, Johnnie C. “Cary” Brown III and his wife, Jennifer of Philadelphia; and grandchildren, Dakota Keene, Jaak Dempsey, and Emily Brown.Pallbearers were Mike Pettis, Michael Watkins, Daniel Dempsey, Dr. James Hover, Charles McDaniel and E. J. Hunter.
