He was born and lived his life in the House community of Neshoba County.  Mr. Joyner was a member of Antioch Baptist Church.  He was a retired farmer and timber and gravel hauler.Survivors include daughter, Jeane Killen of House; grandson, Dell Sessums of House; granddaughter, Leisa Sessums, of Union; daughter-in-law, Barbara Joyner of Aurora, CO; sister-in-law, Flora Joyner of House; nephews, Tommy Joyner (Dawn) of Madison,  Edwin Walters (Yvonne) of Gulf Shores, AL and James Wright (Paulene) of Colonial Heights, VA.Mr. Joyner was preceded in death by his wife of 75 years, Beatrice Joyner; son, Robert Odell Joyner, Jr.; parents, Bob and Alma Joyner; brother, Wallace Joyner; sisters, Opal Wright (Ab), Bobbie Walters (Benton), Irene Joyner and niece, Alma Walters.Pallbearers were Tommy Joyner, Wally Joyner, Edwin Walters, Danny Bishop, Glen Rigdon, Ronnie Shumaker, Robert Joyner and Chris Joyner.
