LAWRENCE POOLMrs. Austin, 73, of Philadelphia, MS, died Saturday, October 12, 2013, at Neshoba County General Hospital in Philadelphia.Dinkey Morris Austin was a native of Neshoba County and former resident of Meridian, MS.  She moved back to the Fork community in Neshoba County 15 years ago.  She was a former waitress/cashier and truck driver.  She formerly worked as a CNA at Hilltop Manor Nursing Home in Union, MS.   Mrs. Austin was a Baptist by faith and a member of Trinity Baptist Church.Survivors include her husband, Richard Austin of Philadelphia; son, Scott Ford and his wife, Karen of Meridian; great-grandson, Ian Smith of Philadelphia; several stepchildren and grandchildren; nephew, David Morris and his wife, Sharon of Ft. Pierce, FL; nieces, Connie Miller and her husband, Geoff of Apopka, FL and Kathy White and her husband, Troy of Lake Placid, FL.She was preceded in death by her daughter, Rhonda Renee Ford in 1974; brother, Pellon Morris and his wife, Mary Lou; parents, Cecil and Shellye Morris.Pallbearers were Dwight Akins, Joe Nowell, James Chaney, Sam Tingle, Roger Tingle, Dennis Dontrich, Alan Peacock and Keith Lillis.
