ROBERT ROWZEEMr. Tommy Williamson, 70, died Sunday, September 1, 2013, at Anderson Regional Medical Center in Meridian. He was a native and longtime resident of the Hope Community of Neshoba County. He was a retired clerk from Illinois Central Gulf Railroad. Mr. Williamson was a member of Hope Baptist Church where he served as deacon and served as church treasurer for 10 years. He formerly served on the board for the ICG Credit Union. Mr. Williamson was a retired cattle farmer.Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Glenda Moore Williamson of Philadelphia; daughters, Polly Ann Williamson of Philadelphia and T. J. Williamson (John) Shappley of Hattiesburg; son-in-law, Brian Voge of Laurel; grandchildren, Dalton Voge, Sabrina Voge, Payton Voge, Williamson Shappley and Caroline Shappely; sister, Doris Warren of Slidell, LA.Mr. Williamson was preceded in death by his daughter, Alicia Voge; parents, Ethel and Dollye Williamson and brother, Morris Williamson.Pallbearers were Robert Whittle, Bart Moore, Tim Moore, Bryan Moore, Mike McGuffey, David Moore, Todd Winstead, Drew Winstead, Will Shappley and Dalton Voge.
