FRASIERMrs. Martin, 97, of Crystal Springs, MS, died Saturday, August 24, 2013 at Hardy Wilson Memorial Hospital in Hazlehurst, MS. She was born in Kemper County and raised in the Linwood/Dixon communities of Neshoba County. She formerly worked as a nurses aide, for 10 years at Mississippi State Hospital in Whitfield. She had resided in Rankin County from 1954 until 2002 when she moved to Crystal Springs. Survivors include her sons, Joe Martin of Crystal Springs and George Smith Martin of Byram; five grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Mrs. Martin was preceded in death by her husband, Jodie Martin and her daughter, Audine Lambert.Pallbearers were Kenny McLain, Jodie Jones, Corey Jones, Daniel Frasier, David Martin, Ed May and Aaron Curtis.
