JACKIE STREBECKINTERMENT:  HERBERT CEMETERY Mr. McDaniel, 58, died Tuesday, August 20, 2013 at Anderson Regional Medical Center in Meridian.He was a native and longtime resident of the Herbert Springs community in Neshoba County.  He was a longtime dairy/poultry farmer and had delivered both CLARION LEDGER and MERIDIAN STAR newspapers for the past three years.  Mr. McDaniel was a member of Herbert Baptist Church.  He was awarded Young Farmer of the Year by Farm Bureau in 1989.  He enjoyed riding his Harley with his wife, blues, rock and roll and gardening.Survivors include his wife, Shelia McDaniel of Philadelphia; sons, Tom (Regina) McDaniel of Klamath Falls, Oregon; Adam Lee McDaniel of Philadelphia and Andrew Scott (Shana) McDaniel of Houston, Texas; grandchildren, Daemien Alexander McDaniel, Evan Nicholas McDaniel, Kayden Maximos McDaniel and Kylie Jo McDaniel; sisters, Penny (Hugh) Barrier of Noxapater and Jenny (David) Key of Philadelphia; brother, Tim (Linda) McDaniel of Philadelphia; numerous nieces, nephews and their families.Mr. McDaniel was preceded in death by his parents, Rado and Sue McDaniel. Pallbearers were Donnie Atkinson, Mike Chandler, Delaine Moore, Tom Herrington, Jerry Posey, and Steve Hendon.
