DAN HOWARD  Mrs. Tingle, 84, of Philadelphia, died Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson. She was born January 24, 1929.  She lived in Philadelphia all her life.  She served as secretary of Neshoba County Farm Bureau, where she worked with her husband from 1958 until their retirement in 1997.  Mrs. Tingle was a member of First Baptist Church. Survivors include a son, Bert Tingle and his wife, Judy; daughters, Sue Tingle and Sharon McKay and her husband, Don, all of Philadelphia; grandchildren, John Tingle and his wife, Emily of Hernando, Dan Tingle and his wife, Crystal of Austin, TX, William Tingle and his wife, Ansley of Cordova, TN, Richard McKay of Alexandria, VA, Samuel McKay and Mollie Clair McKay, both of Philadelphia; great-grandchildren, Amelia Tingle and Ben Tingle; sisters, Jean Brown of Loganville, GA, Jo Chaney of Philadelphia, Pat Gainer of Wixom, MI, and Camilla Bryant of Hattiesburg; brother-in-law, Melvin Tingle and his wife, Betty Sue of Decatur; sisters-in-law, Robbie Tingle of Byram, Katherine Tingle of Rolling Fork, and Honor Mae Tingle of Brandon; and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Tingle was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Orville B. Tingle; her parents, Mollie Sue and Joe Mack Dansby; and sister, Faye Waara. Pallbearers were John Tingle, Dan Tingle, William Tingle, Richard McKay, Samuel McKay, Jeff Carter, Tyler Moore, and Steven Brown. Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church.
