Gladys Posey

GRAVESIDE SERVICE:  WEDNESDAY, MAY 22, 201311:00 A. M.BETHSAIDA CEMETERYOFFICIATING:  REV. AUSTIN BISHOP Mrs. Posey, 93, of Philadelphia, died Monday, May 20, 2013 at her home. She was a native and longtime resident of the Tucker community in Neshoba County.  Mrs. Posey was Methodist by faith. Survivors include three daughters, Dorothy Pope of Philadelphia, Clara Benson of Columbus and Elaine Powell of Maben; three sons, Willard Posey, Paul Posey and Robert Posey, all of Philadelphia; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren. Mrs. Posey was preceded in death by husband, Madison Spencer Posey; son, Freman Spencer Posey; granddaughter, Rachel Hardin Dasher; parents, SQ and Della King; grandparents, Joe and Fannie King; sister, Martil King Wood; brothers, Glover King, JT King and an infant brother.
