Judith Powell Brewer

Memorial service will be held in Alabama at a later date. Judith Powell Brewer, 73, died Sunday, April 28, 2013 at her residence in Philadelphia. Survivors include her daughters, Rhonda Hackney of Philadelphia and Rebecca Hallford of Wilsonville, AL; sister, Julia Ranelli of Hanceville, AL; and brother, Jim Powell of Tampa, FL. She was preceded in death by her son, Richard Dean Brewer and sister, Janet Manley.
