Felter, Sr., 62, died Thursday, March 14, 2013 at his residence. He was a native of Crosby, MS and a resident of the House community of Neshoba County for the past 25 years.  He formerly worked for Molpus/Louisiana Pacific Lumber Company as a welder/machinist.  Mr. Felter was Baptist by faith. Survivors include his wife, Robin Felter of House; daughter, Stacy Williams of Soso; sons, Donald Felter, Jr. and Cody Felter, both of House; grandchildren, Austin Felter, River Williams and Rylee Williams; sisters, Cathy Murray, Wanda Watts and Betty Ann Murray, all of Crosby; brothers, Richard Felter and Kenneth Felter, both of Crosby; numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Felter was preceded in death by his parents, Stella and Lloyd Felter, brothers, Earnest Felter, Tommy Felter and granddaughter, Kendal Felter.Pallbearers were Buddy Googe, Bob Allhoff, Soan Harbour, Tim Chapham, Steve Cumberland and Jody Skinner.
