He was a native and lifelong resident of the Fork community in Neshoba County. Mr. Frasier was a member of Philadelphia's Outreach Church. He was a member of Philadelphia Masonic Lodge, Neshoba County Shrine Club, Hamasa Temple in Meridian, Gideons International and World Vision Board of Directors. Survivors include his wife, Sue Frasier; daughter, Michele Townsend (Dwight); son, John Douglas Frasier (Michelle), all of Philadelphia; grandson, Daniel Frasier; sisters, Carolyn Durr and Ann May, both of Pearl. Masons served as pallbearers.
