CHRIS VOWELL Mr. Parker, 47, of Philadelphia, died Saturday, February 23, 2013 at his residence. He was born in Germany and had been a resident of Neshoba County since 1977.  He was a graduate of Neshoba Central Class of 1983.  He was a carpenter by trade.  Mr. Parker was Lutheran by faith. Survivors include his mother, Erna Parker of Philadelphia and brother, Tim Parker of Edinburg. He was preceded in death by his father, Bobby R. Parker in 2008.Pallbearers were Dewayne Pike, Randy Goodin, Ron Hodgins, Doyle Callahan, Roger Frost and Ashton Forty.
