SCOTT BOATNERREV, RANDALL BOATNER Mrs. Boatner, 85, of Philadelphia  died Thursday, February 21, 2013 at Neshoba County Nursing Home. She was born and reared in Neshoba County and had made her home in the Plattsburg community of Winston County most of her life. She was owner and operator of Boatner Country Store for many years.  Mrs. Boatner was a member of Plattsburg Baptist Church. She is survived by a host of nieces and nephews. Mrs. Boatner was preceded in death by her husband, Huland Boatner and sister, Maxine Darby Dunn. Pallbearers were Matthew Boatner, Micah Boatner, Jake Boatner, Robert Boatner, Hubo Boatner and Jim Estes.
