Mr. Arthur was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He was a biker and carny. Survivors include his wife, Deanna Arthur of Kirbyville, Missouri; daughters, Misty Deatherage of Philadelphia and Tamica Arthur of Oklahoma City, OK; son, Aaron Arthur of Oklahoma City, OK; four grandchildren; sister, Linda Caudill of Colorado; and brother, Paul Arthur of New Mexico. Pallbearers are Mike Fulton, Arthur Eakes, Eric Greer, Jerry Lee, Jr., Charles Allen and Johnathan Cannon.
