PAUL SISTRUNKMrs. Gail Perkins, 67, died Saturday, February 2, 2013 at her residence in Walnut Grove. She was born and reared in Neshoba County but made her home in Walnut Grove most of her adult life. Mrs. Perkins was a member of Crossroads Church of God in Leake County. Survivors include her daughter, Ashley Mixon of Walnut Grove; sons, Wayne (Vickie) Snow of Philadelphia, Robert (Gina) Snow of Raleigh and Curtis (Ashley) Walden of Memphis, Tenn.; 16 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren; sister, Shelia Lovern and brother, Johnny Carl Burchfield, both of Philadelphia and a host of nieces and nephews. Mrs. Perkins was preceded in death by her husband, Billy “Pop” Perkins and her son, Kevin Snow.
