LINWOOD BAPTIST CHURCH Ms. Kelli Starr Neese, 28, died Thursday, January 3, 2013 in Neshoba County.She was born in Pascagoula and moved to the Linwood community in 1990.  She attended Linwood Baptist Church.Survivors include daughter, Phobe Cleveland, father, Arvis Neese and grandmother, Katherine Neese, all of Philadelphia; brothers, Chad Neese of Philadelphia and Eric Neese of Bay St. Louis; sister, Cathy Craig of Bay St. Louis.She was preceded in death by her mother, Gean Collins Neese and grandfather, Bill Neese.
