UNTIL SERVICE TIMEINTERMENT: MARS HILL CEMETERYWINSTON COUNTY SPEAKER: MARY ANN BOND Mr. Estes, 55, of Newton, died Thursday, December 27, 2012 at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center in Jackson. He was born in Coos Bay, Oregon and was a resident of Pascagoula for several years before moving to Newton County in 1995. He formerly worked at Ingalls Shipbuilding as a supervisor, he later worked as a poultry farmer and at La-Z-Boy in Newton, and then as a truck driver. He was a master craftsman in wood and metal. Mr. Estes was a Christian by faith and was devoted to his family. Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 34 years, Teri Estes of Newton; three daughters, Melinda Faith (Lee) Anderson of Chapman, KS, Melissa Grace (Will) Kimmel of McComb and Tiffany Hope (Vince) Anderson of Newton; four grandchildren, Zachary Russ, Lexi Russ, Kenny Anderson and Ciara Anderson; father, Eugene (Sandra) Estes of Agricola; mother, Janet Holden of Agricola; mother-in-law, Dot Thompson of Moss Point; two brothers, Chris Estes and Eugene Estes; and four sisters, Penny Herrington, Kim Clark, Laura Valentine and Sandy Estes. Mr. Estes was preceded in death by his stepfather, Arnold Holden; and two brothers, Timothy Holden and Scott Estes. Pallbearers: Will Kimmel, Lee Anderson, Vince Anderson, Brock Maples, Conner Estes and Timmy Flake.
