M. LAKEWOOD MEMORIAL PARKJACKSON, MSOFFICIATING:  REV. CHARLIE FINCHBRO. JERRY HICKS Mrs. Withers, 82, died Friday, September 21, 2012 at Manhattan Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Jackson. She was a native of Neshoba County but was a resident of Brandon, MS after retirement. Mrs. Withers was a member of ChristWay Church of God. Mrs. Withers was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. James E. Withers in 2007. Survivors include her daughter, Betty Smith and her husband, Bill of Terry; son, Dwayne Withers and his wife, Regina of Sumrall; five grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; sisters, Mattie Lee McNeil of Dalton GA, Maudie Sharp of Union, Francis Clardy of Columbus and Paulette Hicks of Jackson, SC; brothers, A. J. Dunn of Orange Grove, CA and James Odell Dunn of Maryville, TN and a host of nieces and nephews.
