EASTLAWN CEMETERYINTERMENT: EASTLAWN CEMETERYOFFICIATING: CHRIS VOWELL Mr. Hubie Williams, 45, died Thursday, June 21, 2012 in Clarke County.He was a native of Meridian in Lauderdale County.  He was a carpenter and also did survey work.  Mr. Williams was a member of Grace Baptist Church.  He had served in the U.S. Army. Survivors include his daughters, Amanda Williams and Christiana Williams, both of Philadelphia; son, Hubie Williams, II, of Philadelphia ; wife, Josie Williams of Philadelphia; sisters, Sarah Williams of Meridian, Lori King of Stonewall, Donna Lillis of Meridian; brothers, Darren Ivey and Greg “Peck” Ivey, both of Meridian and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry L. Williams and his mother, Linda F. Ivey. Pallbearers were Darren Ivey, Timmy Allen, Donnie Gardner, Tommy Gene Manasco, Roger Monk and Jamie Moore.
