LARRY BROWNING Mr. Shelby G. Hollingsworth, 62, died Saturday, May 5, 2012 at Anderson Regional Medical Center in Meridian. He was a native of Neshoba County but made his home in Clarkdale for a number of years.  He had made his home in Newton County for the past several years.  He was a 1967 graduate of Neshoba Central, a graduate of East Central Community College and Mississippi State University.  Mr. Hollingsworth was a member of Victory Fellowship Church. Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Hollingsworth of Union; daughter, Lee Ann Stroud (Mark) of Philadelphia; son, Wade Hollingsworth (Amy) of Meridian; grandsons, Jackson Stroud of Philadelphia and Eli Hollingsworth of Meridian; sister, Joann Peebles and brother, Johnny Hollingsworth, both of Philadelphia. He was preceded in death by his parents, Miller and Maggie Hollingsworth.  Serving as pallbearers were Brian Peebles, Casey Peebles, Lindsey Peebles, Lane Herrin, Dalton Sellers, Byron Artis and Mark McMillan.
