DON COOKREV. PAUL NINEMIRE Mr. Clyde Germany , 95, died Thursday, April 19, 2012 at Rush Foundation Hospital in Meridian, MS. He was a native of Neshoba County but had been a lifelong resident of the New Ireland community of Newton County. He was a retired farmer, plumber, electrician and broiler grower. Tomato growing was his passion. Mr. Germany was a member of Bluff Springs Church of God. Survivors include his wife, Betty Germany of Union; son, Terry Germany (Nancy) of Ridgeland; grandchildren; Jesse Tucker Germany of Starkville and Tyler Sage Germany of Madison; sisters, Mable Crocker and Georgia Skelton, both of Union, Jeanette Peavey of Jackson, TN and numerous nieces, nephews and their families. Mr. Germany was preceded in death by his parents, Perry and Susie Germany; brothers, Thomas Marlin Germany and Floyd Germany; sisters, Bertha Plunkett and Hazel Germany. Pallbearers were W. C. Tadlock, David Gilmore, Danny Tadlock, Michael Tadlock, Sage Germany and Jesse Germany. Honorary pallbearers will be Ken Plunkett, Alan Wallace and Kirt Germany.
