DON MCNEELY Mrs. McMillan, 94, died Tuesday, February 21, 2012 in Philadelphia, MS. She was a resident in the Neshoba County Nursing Home, a place that she loved and enjoyed for six years. Mainell was born January 19, 1918 to the late Aarah Byars Barrett and Reuben Gallitan Barrett.  She was married for 53 years to the late William Walker McMillan. She was a native of the Arlington Community of Neshoba County and made her home in the Edinburg Community of Leake County most of her life.  Mrs. McMillan was a faithful member of Edinburg Presbyterian Church and throughout her life she touched people with her kindness, thoughtfulness, awareness and compassion for others. Survivors include two daughters, Lynda Alley of Edinburg , Dinah McMillan and husband David of Hattiesburg; one son, Barrett McMillan and wife Sandy of Edinburg; six granddaughters; two grandsons; two great-granddaughters and five great-grandsons. Pallbearers were Alex Bilancia, Will McMillan, Adam Hollis, Mitch Hollis, James Adams and Jody Sharp.
