CHRIS VOWELL Mr. Webb, 83, of Philadelphia, died Friday, December 23, 2011 at Anderson Regional Medical Center in Meridian. He was a native of the Dixon Community of Neshoba County and a longtime resident of Philadelphia.  He was former owner/operator of Peggy’s in Philadelphia.  Mr. Webb was a member of Dixon Presbyterian Church.  He served in the U.S. Navy. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Ruby Walton, Lorene Johnson, Mary Hamilton, and Bernice Whittington; and brothers,  X-Earl Webb and Charles Webb.Survivors include his wife of 61 years, Peggy Webb of Philadelphia; three sons, Randy Webb and his wife, Susan, Dean Webb and Stan Webb and his wife, Debbie all of Philadelphia; five grandchildren, Melanie Webb Coggins, Jason Webb, Justin Webb, Dr. Chris Webb and Kade Webb; five great-grandchildren, Caprila Coggins, Rylan Coggins, Karis Webb, Conner Webb and Cameron Webb; one sister, Eloyse Tullos of Laurel; one brother, Bill Webb of Philadelphia; and numerous nieces, nephews and their families.Pallbearers were Dr. Chris Webb, Justin Webb, Kade Webb, Rex Webb, Ronnie Hamilton, Jerry Webb, Jimmy Tullos and Mike Tinsley.
