DENNIS DUVALL Mrs. White, 92, died Saturday, October 8, 2011 at Neshoba County Nursing Home in Philadelphia. She was a native of the Johnsonville community of Neshoba County and a longtime resident of the Hope community. Mrs. White was a member of Hope Baptist Church. Mrs. White was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin White; parents, Will and Josephine Guthrie; granddaughter, Mary Elizabeth Perry; brother, Reginald Guthrie and sister, Bee Nicholson. Survivors include two daughters, Ann (Roy) Caves of Madison and Evelyn (Don) Perry of Philadelphia; three grandchildren, Bronwyn (Chris) Burford of Madison, Paul (Amanda) Perry of Tupelo and Candace Lyn Perry of Madison; four great-grandchildren, Elizabeth and Catherine Burford, Will and Mary Tannler Perry; one sister, Odessa "Mutt" Clark of Philadelphia and a host of nieces, nephews and their families.Serving as pallbearers were Randy Clark, Tommy McMillan, Doug White, David White, Bernard Agent, Shane Dozier, Wade Bobo, Nelson White, Jr., Bobby Winstead, Toris Guthrie, Keith Adcock, Adell McNair, Tommy Williamson and J. C. Goldman.  The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hope Baptist Church Building Fund.
