MARK GILL Ms. Rayburn, 31, died Saturday, June 25, 2011 in Neshoba County. She was a native of Neshoba County and had attended Neshoba Central High School. She was employed at the Holiday Inn Express and attended Union Church of God. Survivors include her son, Dylan Keith; mother, Peggy Rayburn; father, Mike Rayburn; stepfather, Keith Fulton, all of Philadelphia; paternal grandfather, Herbert Mansel Rayburn of Indianola and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Pallbearers will be Chuck Phillips, Bill Phillips, Steve Williams, Keith Fulton, David Ladd and Anthony Ladd.
