TIM VOWELL Mrs. Tolbert, 79, of Philadelphia, died Monday, June 20, 2011 at Neshoba County General Hospital.   She was born and reared in the Sandtown Community of Neshoba County and lived in several states and communities as she served as a pastor's wife.  She had made her home back in Neshoba County the past eight years.  Mrs. Tolbert was a member of New Zion United Pentecostal Church.   Survivors include her husband, Rev. R.L. Tolbert of Philadelphia; daughters, Jane Fisher and her husband, Charles of Houston, TX and Dewanna Walters of Pine Bluff, AR; son, Stanley Tolbert and his wife, Sandy of Philadelphia; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and brother, W.M. Alexander of Philadelphia.
