M.INTERMENT:  NEW BETHEL CEMETERYOFFICIATING:  ELDER RALEIGH HINKLE   Miss Gilmer, 25, of Philadelphia, died Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson.   She was born in Munster, Indiana and had lived in Mississippi for 21 years.  She was a former resident of Ellisville State School.   Miss Gilmer was preceded in death by her grandmother, Peggy Hinkle and twin sister, Jonica Downing.   Survivors include her parents, Mitchell and Lauri Gilmer of Philadelphia; sisters, Jennifer Downing of Merrillville, IN and Jacqueline Tenkhoff and her husband, Brian of Byhalia; brother, Mitchell Gilmer and his wife, Katlin of Philadelphia; niece, Hailee Gilmer; nephew, Jaxson Gilmer; maternal grandparents, Raleigh and Elaine Hinkle of Hoopeston, IL; paternal grandparents, Carlton and Mary Gilmer of Madden; grandmother, Janie Nowell of Philadelphia and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and their families.
