DAVID UPSHAW Mr. Burton, 62, of Philadelphia, died Monday, April 18, 2011 at his home.   He was a native and lifelong resident of Neshoba County.  He worked with the Neshoba Central School system for 20 years before his retirement.  Mr. Burton was a member of Coffadeliah Masonic Lodge # 371 of Philadelphia and a member of Sandtown United Methodist Church.   He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Tom and Ethel Mae Burton and brothers, Ray Burton, Tommy Burton, Clifton Burton, and John Riley Burton.   Survivors include his wife, Wanda Burton of Philadelphia; son, Roland Scott Burton of Longview, TX; daughter, Denise Elliott and her husband, Donnie of Philadelphia; grand-daughters, Dagan Elliott, Riley Elliott and Ella Jai Elliott all of Philadelphia; sister, Dorothy Nelson of Metairie, LA; brothers, Rev. Charles H. Burton of Crystal Springs, Earnest Harbour Burton of Metairie, LA, Rev. Leon Burton of Hernando, and Rev. Franklin Gail Burton of Hernando; and a host of nieces and nephews.
