RANDALL BOATNER Mr. Roberts. 61, died Monday, April 11, 2011 at Anderson Regional Medical Center in Meridian.   He was born and reared in Noxapater, made his home on the Mississippi Gulf Coast for a number of years, and had lived in Philadelphia for the past eight years.   Mr. Roberts was preceded in death by his parents, Buddy and Marie Roberts and a sister, Linda Murra.   Survivors include his wife, Wanda Holley Roberts; daughters, Mellonie Ray and Jennifer Roberts; sons, Shawn Roberts and Chad Roberts and his wife, Rachel all of Philadelphia and 10 grandchildren.
