TIM VOWELL Mr. Hicks, 73, died Thursday, March 24, 2011 in Neshoba County. He was born and reared in Chattanooga, TN and had made his home in Philadelphia for the past 21 years.   Survivors include his wife, Ann Hicks of Philadelphia; seven children, Kim Hicks of Carthage, April Hodge of Flintstone, GA, Cindy Martin of Shreveport, LA, Vickie Hill of Philadelphia, Charles Hicks of Oklahoma, Jeffery Hicks of Henagar, AL and Beverly Rogers of Trenton, GA; 22 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Charlene Masters, Billie Jean Kincer, Virginia Jo Cavin and one brother, Murphy Hicks, all of Ringgold, GA.   Mr. Hicks was  preceded in death by Stacey Dempsey and Randy Hicks.
