BILL HAYES   Mrs. Carter, 79, died Thursday, March 17, 2011 at Atwood Personal Care Home in Philadelphia.   She was a native of the Deemer Community of Neshoba County and a longtime resident of the Bloomo Community.  She was a retired registered nurse and bookkeeper.  She worked at Prince Oil as a bookkeeper and at Neshoba County Nursing Home and Laird Home Health as a registered nurse.  Mrs. Carter was a member of Southside United Methodist Church and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.    She was preceded in death by her son, Randy Brown; daughter, Rosemary Mann; grandson, Jesse Brown; sisters, Mozelle Heen and Bonnie Lynch; and brothers, Norman Cheatham, Bennie Cheatham, and Willard Cheatham.   Survivors include daughters, Kathy Hale and her husband, Larry of San Jacinto, CA, Melody Brown of Long Beach, Naomi Pettis of Long Beach, and Angela Turk and her husband, David of Philadelphia; daughter-in-law, Delena Brown of Lufkin, TX; son-in-law, Larry Mann of Newton; 16 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; brothers, Jack Cheatham of Philadelphia and Bobby Cheatham of Philadelphia; and numerous nieces, nephews and their families.
