RANDALL DUNAWAYMr. Johnson, 66, died Thursday, February 24, 2011 at his residence.   He was a native of Portage, Indiana and had been a resident of Neshoba County for the past several years.  He was a retired construction worker and a member of Laborers' International Union of North America Local 41 of Hammond, Indiana.  Mr. Johnson was affiliated with First United Pentecostal Church in Philadelphia.  He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.   Survivors include his wife, Brenda Fain Johnson of Philadelphia; two daughters, LaShanda Kennedy and husband, Jason of Quitman and TaRita Ben and husband, Cyrus of Choctaw; four grandchildren, Lane Kennedy, Peyton Kennedy, Brodie Ben and Eden Ben; sister, Nancy Sue Snowden and husband, Bill of Meridian; and numerous nieces, nephews and their families.   Mr. Johnson was preceded in death by his parents, Hubert and Clara Johnson; three brothers and three sisters.
