William Henry (W.H.) Franklin

RANDY CALDWELL   Mr. Franklin, 85, died Thursday, December 30, 2010 at G.V. Sonny Montgomery VA Medical Center in Jackson.   He was born in Philadelphia and raised in the Cleveland Community of Kemper County.  Mr. Franklin was a member of Bluff Springs Baptist Church. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served during World War II.   He was preceded in death by his sister, Ethel Tatum and his brother, Paul Lamar Franklin, Sr.   Survivors include his sister, Phyfa Dinsmore of Macon and 10 nieces and nephews.
